Shipping Policy

 

Orders placed before 11:00 am will be shipped that day, orders placed there after will only be shipped the next day. Delivery is done within South Africa only.  Shipping is cost is based on weight of the item

Return & Exchange Policy

 

You may return any product to us within 7 days of the delivery date, provided it is still original condition. Once we have received the product you will be contacted to provide your banking details for the refund of the product only. Courier fees that were paid when purchasing the product will not be refunded.

The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange to have the product collected at a equal to the one it was shipped at. The collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
